The end of summer has finally arrived and our skin is definitely feeling the repercussions of sun exposure. As well, we have probably enjoyed some relaxation and let our daily exercise routine slip.
REMINDER: Time for us to get back into the swing of things; look at starting up a new exercise program such as Yoga, Zumba or Pilates.
