Medical Director
Dr. Weber trained at McGill Medical School in Montreal, and completed her Residency in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto. Dr. Weber is bi-lingual, speaking both English and French. She opened her Barrie Medical Practice in 2001 and Cosmetic & Facial Rejuvenation Clinic in 2005. She has also worked as a surgical assistant in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
Lead Nurse
Jennifer has been practicing as a nurse for the past 10 years. She graduated from the Practical Nursing program at Georgian College in 2013 and has focused primarily on the field of geriatrics throughout her career. In 2023, Jennifer developed an interest in medical aesthetics and is thrilled for this new opportunity with Dr. Weber and her team.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her fiancé, their dogs, doing yoga, and spending time at the cottage. She looks forward to meeting everyone at Dr. Weber’s clinic.
Medical aesthetician
Sheryl is Dr. Weber’s Medical Aesthetician. Prior to moving to Barrie 10 years ago, she worked in the GTA specializing in Laser treatments and other modalities.She struggled with her own skin in her teens up to her early 20’s. This motivated her to pursue a career in the field of Aesthetics. In 2001, she enrolled at the Canadian Aesthetic Academy in Toronto where she completed the Advanced Aesthetics Diploma . Seven years later, she became fascinated and curious about all the new technologies and treatments in the industry and decided to pursue Medical Aesthetics. In 2009, she completed her certification in Medical Aesthetics at Champlain Institute in Toronto.

Cynthia brings a wealth of experience and a passion for organizational excellence that is sure to enhance our office operations. With 15 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Cynthia has honed her skills in office management, customer service, and executive support.
Outside of work, Cynthia loves everything about real estate and cherishes spending time with her family. She is enthusiastic about bringing her skills and dedication to our clinic and looks forward to being a part of our patients' journey here.
