Approved for cosmetic use in 2001, Botox®, a neurotoxin, works to relax the tensed facial muscles that create frown lines, crow’s feet and other wrinkles caused by habitual movement. Botox® works by softening the intensity of movement, resulting in a visible reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. Botox® is the most popular non-surgical type of cosmetic treatment.
Dr. Weber has personally injected thousands of Botox® treatments – and the effects can be quite remarkable. Contact us to book your no-obligation consultation today – and find out whether Botox® cosmetic treatments are right for you.
Dr. Weber with over 18 years experience has been the main injector at the clinic. Since 2022, Nurse Practitioner Pam Sparrow has joined the team and provides injectable treatments such as neuromodulator, filler, PRP and PRF injections.
Dr. Weber does everything to minimize any discomfort with injections – various levels of local anaesthesia can be used. Some people will describe a pinching or pressure sensation.
We ask that for four hours you do not rub, touch or scratch your face, lie down, sleep or workout. After that period, you may go about your day as usual.
Movement gradually returns after three to four months. However, the effects of a treatment can last longer (up to six months), because once you stop frowning, you forget how.
An appropriate medical history review and adherence to post-treatment instructions will minimize any potential side effects. At your consultation, Dr. Weber will discuss these possibilities with you, as side effects can vary with the individual and location of the injection.
Consultations are currently complimentary and there is no obligation to book your procedure during or after your consult.
